We really would like for you to work a minimum of 6 hours during our 6 day work week, not to exceed 36 hours per week. We observe federal holidays.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING IN THE PROGRAM?

Depending on the training path you enter, we have a national training program that you will complete to help enhance your skills in the real estate industry. You will also be able to put and see some of those skills put into action as you work along side our top agents. Once or if you have a real estate license you will also be able to independently assist your own clients.

During the program, the military is still providing pay and benefits to the service member throughout the approved terms of the program. Any commission earned resulting from intern sales will be assigned to HRVA Homes or the overseeing agent for the time the intern is in the program.
